Visa Issuance for Entry into Australia / ETA (Electronic Travel Authority)

Please attach a copy of each travelers passport so we can process their Visas/ETAs (Electronic Travel Authorities) for entry into Australia. Please ensure that you re-write on the fax all the relevant passport details just in-case the passport copies do not transmit clearly. Information required for each traveler:

____ 2) Airlines may change flight schedules without notification, so please confirm your flights with the airlines the day before departure.

____ 3) I understand all information supplied by About Australia is provided in good faith and represents the best knowledge of the authors at the time.

____ 4) Please ensure we receive your payment within a timely manner as we are unable to honor Specials if payment is received after the Special has expired.

____ 5) I authorise About Australia to charge my credit card an additional $15 Issuance Fee per Visa/ETA required for entry into Australia.

____ 6) I agree that I will not hold About Australia, it directors, employees, shareholders, agents and other representatives, under any circumstances, liable for any injury, loss or damage arising out of or related to my trip overseas. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of information, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and third party claims.
