Itinerary Details
(Day 1) - International Flight, Los Angeles to Sydney

Travel to Australia on your vacation. After departing from Los Angeles you will be provided with an evening meal. You can relax, have a drink, watch a movie, review your itinerary or just rest. You will be given Breakfast before landing in Sydney, Australia. (You lose one day crossing the International Date Line but don’t worry you catch it up again on your return flight to the USA)

On your vacation, participate in an inspiring tour of the Sydney Opera House.

This one hour tour outlines the intricate and controversial history of the Sydney Opera House along with details of the unique design of this architectural masterpiece. You will visit a number of the six performance venues, including the magnificent wood paneled Concert Hall and the Opera Theatre as well as the new Utzon room. You will also visit the glass enclosed northern foyer areas which boast spectacular views of Sydney Harbour – a perfect photo opportunity.

(Days 3 to 4) - Free Days to Explore Sydney

With Sydney at your fingertips, take the chance to explore the Darling Harbour area at your leisure, which is a modern collection of Shopping Malls, Parkland, Restaurants and Harbour Front activities.

Walk to Circular Quay and catch a ferry to our wonderful harbour-side Taronga Park Zoo, or take the 30 minute ferry ride to Manly Beach, Sydney’s premier beach resort. Here you can enjoy the laid back beach culture as well as many festivals and events. If you prefer to stay closer to downtown Sydney, Bondi Beach is approximately a 10 minute train ride and is one of Australia’s most famous and iconic beaches. Save some time to take a beach walk from Bondi Beach to Bronte Beach, it’s known to be a true highlight. If visiting on a weekend then go to the Rocks Market and shop for local Arts, Crafts & unique Australian Souvenirs.

Optional Day Tour (Not Included) - Sydney Harbour Bridgeclimb - ½ Day

Reach new heights and climb the famous Harbour Bridge in Sydney!

Achieve exhilaration and personal satisfaction as you climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge. For approximately 3.5 hours you and 11 other eager climbers will join a climb guide and weave through catwalks, climb up ladders and then arrive at the most spectacular point of all – the upper arch climb. The steady incline to the upper arch leaves you free to focus your attention on your Sydney experience, with opportunities for 360 degree views of Sydney, including east to the ocean, west to the mountains and the harbor city surrounds.

It is at this point that you not only have a bird’s eye view of the beautiful Sydney Harbour and the city, but have the exhilarating and rewarding experience of reaching the top of the iconic Harbour Bridge.

When you reach the top you will have a sense of achievement you’ll remember forever – you’ve conquered an Australian icon recognized the world over! No other Sydney tourist attraction can give you this feeling of standing at the top of the world, with the harbor spread before you.

Optional Day Tour (Not Included) - Hot Air Balloon Ride Over Sydney

Enjoy spectacular views of the local countryside and historic town of Camden as you fly over it at sunrise.

Located in Sydney’s beautiful Macarthur region, the picturesque landscape and favorable weather patterns of the region make the Camden Valley area an ideal balloon flight location.

Once at the launch site, it only takes around 30 minutes for your balloon to be inflated and ready for boarding. You are welcome to help with the setup of the balloon or simply stand back and take photos as your aircraft takes shape and comes to life.

As the sun rises, you will ascend into the sky in your colorful balloon. As your balloon drifts gently along on the morning breeze you will feel completely secure within your basket, with very little sensation of movement. During your flight you may find yourself floating just above the treetops then moments later effortlessly ascending to heights of 2000 feet or more.

The excitement of the morning continues over a Celebration Breakfast at the Camden Valley Inn. Relax and enjoy a delicious a la carte breakfast with your fellow passengers and your pilot as you celebrate one of the most exhilarating mornings of your life. Optional Day Tour (Not Included) - Blue Mountains Deluxe Day Tour - Full Day

The Blue Mountains Deluxe Day is a real journey into the heart of a unique World Heritage Region. From temperate rainforests to towering sandstone escarpments, you’ll see and experience it all. Let the landscape work its wonders and become part of you for a lifetime.

Upon departing from the city, you will travel directly to the Blue Mountains and your first stop of the day is at Calmsley Hill Farm a working farm also home to Kangaroo, Emu, Wombat and Koala. Enjoy morning tea and time to wander at leisure.

From Calmsley Hill you will continue to ascend the Blue Mountains via the highway. Visit one of a range of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley seeing beautiful vistas. Where possible this will be away from the crowds of tours that visit the mountains each day with other operators, thus you will have the opportunity to enjoy a stress and hurry free environment taking in the views and information imparted by your guide.

Continuing on you will arrive at Eaglehawk Lookout, a remote lookout points away from the crowds for views of the famous 3 Sisters. Whilst the Blue Mountains features so much more than this natural attraction you can’t help but admire the unquestionable beauty of this amazing rock formation. The character of the Three Sisters changes throughout the day and throughout the seasons as the sunlight brings out the magnificent colors. Here your guide will discuss the legends behind this famous rock formation and time available for you to take some great photos.

Next you will be taken around the mountain towards the village of Blackheath and our lunch venue the Boiler House Cafe. Here in this relaxed venue with stunning views, you can enjoy a 2-course lunch with tea or coffee. All diets are catered for (excluding Kosher Meals). Please note that beverages can be purchased at your own expense from the Bar.

The afternoon is spent visiting a selection of lookouts. Once you clap your eyes on the view from Govetts Leap you’ll know why it’s one of the most famous lookouts in Australia. The magnificent waterfall drops a whopping 180m to the base of the cliff. If you’re not mesmerized by the dancing waves of water spray, you’ll be transfixed by the sweeping views down the valley to the Grose Wilderness.

Then take a brief stop to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice at the delightful Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens, where you can enjoy the sweeping views across to Sydney before traveling down the Bells Line of Road to arrive back at your hotel approximately 4:30pm.

Admire the magnificent views of the Hawkesbury River on your drive through the Central Coast. The Hunter Valley is home to Australia’s oldest wine-producing region and owes its fame to world-class viticulturists and fertile soils.

Enjoy a private wine tasting experience at Leogate Estate Wines, which produces trophy-winning wines such as Chardonnay, Semillon and Shiraz, and learn of local wine-making techniques. Visit Hunter Valley Resort, where you can walk among the vines and learn about the wine-making process and the key role the resort plays in this region.

Mala Walk & Kantju Gorge – Journey to the base of Uluru to learn about the history of the Mala people. Marvel at cave paintings, sources of bush tucker and other important sites. Enter Kantju Gorge at dusk to witness the gorge walls illuminated in the vivid evening light, enjoying sunset drinks and canapés in the silence and solitude.

Mutitjulu Meander – Discover the peaceful Mutitjulu Waterhole and the sacred site of Kuniya Piti. During the walk, the Lodge guide shares an Anangu creation story, adding greater depth to the monolith’s striking features.

Optional Day Tour (Not Included) - Walking Tour to Kata Tjuta

Sit back and relax as you travel into the amazing Uluru – Kata Tjuta National Park. The scenery along the way will amaze you and with luck, you may even see some of the local wildlife such as dromedary camels and kangaroos.

On arrival at Kata Tjuta you’ll commence the walk to the Valley of the Winds, heading first to the Karu lookout. With views across the many domes of Kata Tjuta and out into the sacred Anangu men’s area, you’ll be in awe of this natural wonder. Next stop is the Karingana lookout. This walk can be a little challenging, but well worth the effort. It takes you down into a timeless haven within the domes through trickling creek beds. At times of extreme heat the walk may not be available, but will be substituted with an alternative walk. Shorter walks are also available for those not wanting to walk to the second lookout.

As the sun sets over the western horizon you’ll arrive at the Sunset Viewing Area. While sipping on chilled sparkling wine and nibbles you can enjoy the wonder that is a Kata Tjuta sunset. Each passing minute brings something new as the domes continue to change colour with the setting sun.

(Day 8) - Australian Domestic Flight, Ayers Rock to Cairns

Departures occur approximately 30 minutes after aircraft arrival-time for domestic flights. For international flights this will be considerably longer because of customs and other formalities.

(Days 8 to 11) - 3 Nights Accommodation in Cairns

Enjoy your five star accommodation in Cairns for 3 nights.

Enjoy relaxing on your private balcony overlooking memorable views of the city, the hotel’s tropical gardens, Trinity Bay or Marlin Marina. All rooms are decorated with local artworks that express the natural beauty of the Tropical North. The hotel is directly adjacent to the Marina and offers a great vantage point for enjoying all that Cairns has to offer.

(Day 9) - Day Tour, Great Barrier Reef Cruise

Today you’ll go on a cruise onboard the T6 to the Great Barrier Reef, one of the natural wonders of the world, and not surprisingly the world’s most extensive coral reef.

T6 departs daily from Cairns. A 90 minute journey to the outer reef will see you arriving at the first of the day’s two sites, selected from a range of 15 from coral gardens to caves and canyons to walls and drop offs, many of which are exclusively owned by the tour operator. Sites are chosen as the optimum locations for the weather conditions, and change daily, so each day will bring you a whole new underwater adventure! Diving (Certified and Introductory) and snorkeling are all on offered at the reef, where 5 hours allows plenty of time to enjoy water and topside activities.

Introductory Dive: Participants are required to complete a medical questionnaire upon boarding. A history of asthma, diabetes, and epilepsy are some of the conditions that may preclude you from diving.

Certified Dive: Certified divers are required to produce their Certification Cards upon boarding, and sign paperwork stating they are mentally and physically fit to dive. The diving is conducted in buddy pairs, with guided diving with a dive master available as an optional extra.

(Day 10) - Day Tour, 4WD Cape Tribulation & Jungle Surfing

Spend the day in Tropical Queensland’s World Heritage Daintree Rainforest. Includes the best of Cape Tribulation and the Daintree, with Jungle Surfing, lunch, and guaranteed wildlife spotting.

Begin the day by visiting the Wildlife Habitat. See the endangered cassowary, along with other wildlife, as well as the opportunity to hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies. Have your picture taken with a koala, snake, or crocodile (extra cost). Morning Tea included. Arrive at Cape Tribulation and enjoy lunch before embarking on a fantastic adventure of Jungle Surfing. Set in the pristine Daintree rainforest at Cape Tribulation, Jungle Surfing takes you on a unique rainforest tour where your feet don’t touch the ground.


Fly through the trees on flying fox ziplines, stopping at tree platforms to take in spectacular bird’s eye views over the treetops. Highly trained abseiling masters and scientist guides will make sure your adventure is exciting, educational, and safe. Cross the Daintree River on the Daintree River Cruise spotting Crocodiles, birds and other animals in the wild as you journey through the mangroves. Finally, venture to Alexandra Lookout for magnificent views of the Daintree River and Coral Sea – where the Great Barrier Reef meets the Rainforest.

After an exciting day, relax and enjoy some afternoon tea before heading back to your hotel.
