Arguably Australia’s most recognizable and fascinating icon, Uluru (Ayers Rock) stands over 1140 feet high, however, most of its mass is below ground level. You’ll be overwhelmed by its monolithic size, presence and inherent spirituality.

Accompanied by crisp seasonal salads, fresh bread rolls and a complimentary selection of drinks (wine, beer and soft drinks), this traditional Aussie barbecue is sure to satisfy after an exciting day of touring the Red Centre.

After dinner, enjoy a cup of billy tea with a delicious dessert. Relax and admire the sight of the sun sinking below the desert plain, gradually revealing a magnificent outback night sky.
