Just imagine…

Amazing Wine Experience in South AustraliaVisit South Australia on this amazing trip! You’ll start your Australian Adventure in South Australia, landing in Adelaide, a city of great visual harmony and classical elegant style. It’s superbly set by the River Torrens between Adelaide Hills and the waters of Gulf St. Vincent. Your hotel is located in the heart of Adelaide, walking distance to Rundle Mall, the Adelaide Oval and Casino. You’ll spend 3 nights in Adelaide.

On day two, you’ll become a master winemaker of the day on an experience designed especially for wine lovers. Become a master winemaker for the day with an experience especially designed for discerning wine-lovers. Learn about the legend of Penfolds first-hand in the heart of premium winemaking country. Just a stone’s throw from where Penfolds’ team of winemakers work all year to create our famous wines, you’re invited to try blending your own wine, just the way you like it. You will enter the Winemakers’ Laboratory, and get to work blending your own special drop using Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre, the same wines used to make Penfolds Bin 138. At the end of the session you get the satisfaction of taking your wine home to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

On the third day, you’ll take a morning tour of Adelaide’s Central Market. Since 1869, the Central Market has been the jewel in the crown of South Australian foodie experiences, a haven of premium food and wine products, and 2nd home to chefs and food lovers. Then take some time to explore the city. You’ll have a free day in Adelaide. If you’re an animal lover, consider booking a tour to the amazing Kangaroo Island.

Next you will head to the heart of the Australian Outback, Ayers Rock. Uluru-Katatjuta National Park, or Red Centre, is home to one of the most recognized Australian landmarks – Uluru (previously called Ayers Rock). World-Heritage listed, Uluru – Kata Tjuta National Park is famous for it’s striking landscape and colorful sunsets. In addition to Uluru the park also includes Kata Tjuta (previously called the Olgas). You’ll have two days to take it all in. Add on tours to get the full experience.

The last leg of your vacation takes you to the iconic city of Sydney. Enjoy the sights of Sydney, a fun-loving sun-kissed city blessed with natural attractions, tall skyscrapers, delicious restaurants, superb shopping and friendly people. You’ll tour the Opera House, experience the beauty of the Harbour and marvel at the expansive Sydney Harbour Bridge. Take advantage of the many tour options or just relax and go at your own pace as you enjoy the excellent restaurants and entertainment that only Sydney can offer.
