Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry/Request
You can do this by selecting one of the pre-made itineraries listed here on our website and click “Let’s Get Started” and follow the prompts, or you can fill out the Tailor Made Request Form and submit your requirements to one of our experts who will create a custom vacation package just for you. Step 2: We Customize Your Quote
Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you within 24 business hours by both email and phone (unless you have specifically requested a preferred method of communication in your inquiry). During the phone call, we’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss your travel preferences to make sure we are “on the right track” in tailoring your itinerary to suit your needs and interests. We work hard to find the best possible options for your time frame and budget requests.
NOTE: Our travel packages typically include all of your international flights and all your flights within the South Pacific (unless you specify otherwise). We can add US Domestic flights if you’d prefer.
Step 3: Itinerary Design Changes
When you receive your custom itinerary and quote from us, you have the opportunity to review it and make any changes or upgrades that you would like to make prior to the trip deposit. Read through all of the details for each day because once the first payment is made fees may apply if you change your mind on the design (fees typically apply after flights have already been ticketed and/or accommodation and tour bookings have been confirmed). Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we will work with you until you feel totally assured that your trip is exactly what you want.
Step 4: Signup & Deposit
When all details meet your approval, you’ll need to signup by completing the appropriate Signup Forms. These are also sent to you along with your emailed Quote (they are also imbedded at the end of your tailored itinerary). Return the completed forms to us along with your deposit payment. This secures your trip!

Step 5: Final Payment
We offer flexibility in our payment plans. Typically we require a deposit at the time of purchase and a final payment no later than 60 days prior to your trip departure date. However we are open to periodic installments too if this works better for you. Please discuss your payment plan options with your Sales Representative.
Step 6: Travel Documents
Two to three weeks prior to departure, you will receive your final documents via email. All travel documents are issued as electronic documents (Adobe PDF files). These include your final itinerary, flight details & tickets, Visa confirmation and supplier vouchers for your hotels, transfers, day tours, car rentals, and any other details for your vacation package. Your final itinerary also includes Important Travel Tips to help you prepare for your trip.
As a Bonus, we also send you some Discount Coupons for local activities and a “Challenge List” of insider tips of fun local things to ‘see, do, eat & drink’.
Example: When in Australia, make sure you try a “Tim Tam Slam” (dip one in coffee, tea or even port! Yum!)
Step 7: Pack your bags and get ready to have the trip of a lifetime!
Before traveling you will have the opportunity to review your travel documents with your Sales Representative. This will give you time to ask questions and become familiar with your final documents. They will also be able to give you expert first-hand knowledge on the destinations you’re traveling to as well as wonderful travel tips! All that’s left to do is pack your bags and get ready to have the trip of a lifetime!
